The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.

Being asked 1.5 hours before checkin if we were going to have late night guests, pets, or additional guests staying. Lots of "do not" signs and a large security deposit that was held by VRBO for two weeks after our departure. Too much and too long for a one night stay that our three adult children and husband and I only needed so we could attend a family member's retirement party. Although the owner cleared us within a few days their contract with VRBO allowed my deposit to be held two weeks. In the meantime another guest could've trashed the place. Owner was communicative but last minute questions felt a bit insulting and absurd. We understand the home owners must've had a bad experience that prompted "do not stand on kitchen counter" sign, among others. The house was kinda cute but by no means, was it The Ritz or that pristine.

Tickling Home Review

My husband and I stayed here o be near Auburn for The Canyons 100 mile race. The location is close to all. We could get to stores and restaurants quickly and easily. It served our purpose for what we needed. Fair price for the type of home. It is older and remodeled. I it was clean it is in a neighborhood and you can hear the neighbors dog barking but that want to Bad. We had ants but nothing we couldn’t Handel. Grateful for the washing machine and the home is well stocked. Communication was quick and easy. Driving onto the grass to reach the driveway was odd but it was clearly communicated where to park.Lots of bedrooms and beds if needed too. The floor plan and light switches are funky but all works just fine. Overall I would stay again bc it fit my budget for our race needs.

great spot in Rocklin

A perfect location for a visit with family nearby in Roseville. A few blocks from Loree's Little Shack By The Railroad Track for delicious tacos in a fun dive bar. Our dog was happy with the backyard and we were very comfortable. We will return!

Stayed for a month in May 2024

My husband and I rented this home to be close to our son and our friends that we hadn't seen in awhile since we moved away. We were very familiar with the area and knew this would be a great location. The home is an older home that has had extensive renovation. The neighborhood is safe and quiet in a good location to get to the freeway for all the thousands of stores and restaurants in the area. There is a fabulous dog park very close. There is also a fabulous community pool with lots of classes within a ten minute drive. Safeway is just around the corner. The living room furniture is very, very comfortable. The main bedroom's mattress is just fine. There are two more bedrooms with more beds that we didn't use but it was nice to have all that room to spread out or stuff. The kitchen is very spacious with nice bar seating. The communication with the property manager was the best we have ever experienced at the many VRBO's we have rented. Anything we needed.....whether it be a question answered or a supply need...was tended to immediately.

Great house and covered patio

Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice.

Very convenient

My son and I enjoyed our stay in this quaint home in a good location. Everything was clean and I especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds. A great many very good breakfast places nearby! I highly recommend this location…. The host was always in contact to answer any questions.

I'd stay again!

This house was very clean, plenty of towels and exactly as the pictures show. We were very pleasantly surprised with the backyard. Great place to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! I would stay here again when in the Sacramento area.

Great Location - Easy In and Out

This house was just what we needed for a one day trip for an event in downtown Sacramento. The property is easy to get to from the freeway. Inside the house was clean and welcoming. We had enough space for our 2 boys and 1 girl to have their own spaces. The backyard is comfortable as well. The kids loved the hammock. The beds are a little firm, but overall not too bad. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We very much appreciated that.
