DoCo Cozy Loft Hideaway

Welcome to your cozy cave in the heart of downtown Sacramento – a stylish, high-ceiling loft just 1 block from Golden 1 Center and surrounded by K Street’s top bars, restaurants, and entertainment in both directions.

Step inside and escape the buzz with quiet comfort and an immersive vibe inspired by movies, sports, and music. Whether you’re catching a Kings game, vibing to a local concert, or unwinding with your favorite film, this loft was designed for ultimate relaxation and good energy.
This is a residential community so we ask that all guests respect the residents by limiting activities and noise in the hallways and loud music and noises in the apartment.

Laundry: There is a shared laundry room down the hall from the apartment. Take a right when leaving the apartment the laundry room door is at the corner on your right. Cost is $5 per load wash/dry and payment is app based on your personal cellular device.

Refuse/Trash: Please leave your garbage tied up in a bag placed in the garbage bin outside your door for collection by 8pm.

Parking: If you added parking you should have received those directions along with parking level and spot assignment separately. You can still add parking at any point but can take a couple hours to process sometimes so please plan accordingly.
