Detta hem är bekvämt beläget nära skolor, parker, vattencenter, shopping, bra restauranger, barer och har enkel motorväg pendling åtkomst. Du kommer ♥ ️ min plats på grund av bekvämligheter, plats etc.

Detta är en verkligt speciell egenskap i en stor gemenskap i evilleRoseville eville. Du hittar massor av fönster som ger detta hem massor av naturlig belysning. Familjerummet har en mysig öppen spis och ser ut det svåra att hitta rymlig trädgård med en uteplats och gott om utrymme.

Hus med fyra sovrum med två badrum. Underbart kök med helt nya apparater, bekväm matsal och vardagsrum med mysiga möbler. Kocken kommer att njuta av diskutrymmet och skåpförvaring i köket. Två av sovrummen har queen-size sängar och de andra två har full storlek sängar som du och ditt parti kan njuta av med en bekväm och avkopplande tid. När du kommer in på fastigheten hittar du ett formellt vardagsrum och matsal. Befälhavaren svit är snyggt stor och erbjuder ett eget badrum med en garderob, dubbla fåfängar och badkar.

This was my first time ever VRBO stay so I was a little nervous. But the VRBO property manager was very responsive. I never waited long for him to respond to enquiries about the property, amenities, requirements. The property was spacious and very clean. Huge backyard. I would have paid more at a hotel than I did for this VRBO rental. So, I was very happy about that. Plus, the property was centrally located for easy access to the other areas.

Wedding Vacation

We primarily only spent the evenings and mornings here as we have other family members in the area. However, the house was conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood and very clean and neat. Would book again when visiting in the future.

Festival Trip

Rented this house for a music festival. It worked out perfect. It is close to food and gas and was about 20-25 minutes from Downtown. Very quiet neighborhood.

Family Reunion

Since our parents live in Sun City, this house was the perfect location for my brothers and I to gather while visiting. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed, perfect for casual dining. The house is well located within Roseville with many restaurants and stores nearby. My brothers and I truly enjoyed our stay here while visiting our parents. This well be our go to spot every visit to Roseville. Thank you, Stephen

Sweated out

We loved the house when we first got there. It was my fault for not communicating with the host, but we were unable to adjust heat and it made it quite uncomfortable at night. There were ants in the creamer and there were no extra towels at all. That was a bit disappointing.other than that, one more thing, there was no check in, book. Most houses we have stayed at usually have a book with restaurants,and attractions as well as check out instructions.

Stayed here with three adult friends visiting from out of town. Run down house that smelled musty. 2.75 rolls of toilet paper for the four of us. The location was convenient for our purposes. The price was reasonable but the host made up for it by charging us $135 because the pedal on the trash can in the kitchen was disconnected from the lid, something we noticed upon our arrival. At best it's a $40 trash can. VRBO rep on the phone agreed this was unreasonable and said they would work with me.

Very nice house

This is a very well kept home. The house itself is a 5 star. Living room furniture is comfortable, dining room is adequate, kitchen appliances are great, beds were comfortable and the linens were ok. I gave an overall 4 for these reasons. The cookware is old and I do not like having to bring my own pans on vacation. No pot holders or kitchen towels. There were things that needed fixing like closet doors. Yards are unkept so I wouldn't let there be playtime outside. If it wasn't winter I would have been discouraged with having to keep our luggage on the floor (don't like bugs). Need luggage stands, chairs or ottomans in the bedrooms. First time I had to read and approve a secondary contract to the VRBO listing otherwise checkin would be a 5. Lastly I will look to stay here again when we are in Roseville.

A Clean Place, Not a Fun Place

Easy check-in, beds were fresh and clean, great shower pressure and we had good night sleeps. However, it was only good for sleeping. This house was lacking homeyness because of all the rules and regs. We felt like we couldn't enjoy ourselves in this house because the owners were watching on their cameras at the front door and back patio, positioned to see movement through the sheer drapes into the kitchen. Creepy! The couch was SO FAR from the TV (and was hung crooked on the wall) and it had no sports channels, so we couldn't even watch our games. The walls were dingy and needed paint desperately. This house has A LOT of potential but has NO curb appeal or homeyness whatsoever and the backyard was completely dead. The patio furniture advertised in the pictures was not there, obviously they didn't want us hanging out on the patio. This house was not our first choice, but our original reservation fell through due to HVAC problems (newer and more affordable), but this was the closest one to the family events we had nearby, but much more expensive and not at all worth the price. Fees were terribly high for what this house was. Reminder communications of late fees if we were late leaving... UGH! We left an hour early. Except for location, we wouldn't rent it again. It was obvious, this is a money maker only.

We had a family trip to Roseville for a high graduation. The house was centrally located for all the events we needed to be at. We had enough space to move around in the house.

Short stay for family reunion

My adult sons and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It worked out nicely for us, since we didn't spend a lot of time there. The property is lacking furniture, so it's not a warm, cozy place. The kitchen was great!

Dissapointing

You would think that if you were renting a 4 bedroom house that you would make sure your guests had enough supplies (ie towel, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, bedding and pillows, shampoo, pot holders, etc). This place did not. Some of the earlier reviews had commented on the same thing so I emailed the property manager several days PRIOR to our arrival to make sure that we would not have a similar experience. He said "we base the supplies on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Those reviews had more people staying than were reserved." Well our reservation was for 7 adults and there were only 4 towels, no pot holders, no shampoo in one of the bathrooms, no dishwasher detergent, no bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. Like I said DISAPPOINTING. I would not recommend staying here.
