You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, and a sink to wash and cook a delicious meal for your family. There is plenty of seating in the formal dining room (sits 6), the kitchen counter with bar stools (sit 3), the dining room (sit 4), or the patio (sits 6) to enjoy meals, picnics, and drinks with your family. Patio features stamped concrete and a large awning for those warm summer evenings.

The living area has one comfortable sofa bed and a 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.

- We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security
- No pets.
- No smoke inside the property. We have smoke and noise-aware detectors to make sure our guests follow our house rules. If the smoke aware notify us that someone is smoking inside of the house, the reservation will be automatically canceled and we will advise the guest to leave the property immediately. if we got a notification that the noise level is too high, we will reach out to the guest two times. If they don't change their behavior we will cancel the reservation and invite the guest to leave the property.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
- We have a ring doorbell at the front and back for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
