“Friendly staff that also seemed to enjoy working with eachother was a big plus for the general vibe. Location was close to line 2 and 1 subway, room was spacious and clean. Good thing about this hotel compared to some others near City Hall was that you could not hear any of the demonstrations and stuff going on there.”

“ウルジロ３街駅から近くて明洞にも徒歩圏内と立地もよく、ロッテグループのホテルなだけあり、お部屋もコンパクトながらも使い勝手もよい。掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。また最後にタクシーを手配して下さったのが、独学で日本語を学んだという丁寧で笑顔も素敵なスタッフさんでした。最後まで良い印象のホテルだったので、3ヶ月に一度は行ってるソウル、またリピートします。”

“Good location, good public transportation connections and limousine buss connection to the airport from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to the Lotte Department Store from the hotel was convenient. Many tourist attractions close by and more tourist attractions accessible with public transportation.
