“The room was very nice with a little balcony with a view. The bed was not so comfortable. The cleaning was good and the breakfast was also good with a bit of everything to chose from. We especially loved the fresh orange juice! The personnel is very kind and accommodating. The hotel is near shopping and restaurants but if you have a hard time with walking up hills its not an option as it's situated high up and also only have stairs. “Good location, big room and an ok basic kitchen. But jacuzzi wasn't heated (so couldn't use it unfortunately) bathroom needs a real clean up and it was sooo cold in the room and we weren't provided with a heater sadly. Even though we asked kindly... Also, the kitchen and hallway smells awful, it's like an old greasy odour that hits you as soon as you enter the building! Not nice! ”
