They did accidentally deliver our room service breakfast to the wrong room one morning but we're quick to make it right and didn't charge us for the inconvenience. The concierges were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we asked for anything.â

The room was a dream, the views are to die for, and the food was incredible. Our meal at Sul Verde was a highlight of the trip, highly recommend! There are so many things to do on-site, there is no possibility of being bored. Bermuda is amazing and Rosewood was icing on the (birthday) cake. I really hope we can visit again someday!...

My only complaint would be the absolutely exorbitant prices for the breakfast. More than 25 dollars for a continental breakfast after the compulsory tip is simply not ok.â
