“A lovely restful stay. Our suite was beautiful, delicious breakfast in the mornings, very nice heated swimming pool and a ping-pong table. There's also a separate shared kitchenette and fridge/freezer for guests which is handy so you can prep a picnic or make a salad or pasta for dinner in the garden. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.”

“La chambre correspond en tous points à la description. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bien supérieur à ce qu'on trouve dans des établissements de haut de gamme. La location est position centrale pour visiter les chateaux aux alentours. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire.”

The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. “Vi bodde högst upp i en familjesvit i den gamla prästgården. Huset är dekorerat med mycket smak och många föremål som bär och berättar en historia. Bakom prästgården fanns en underbar botanisk trädgård med fantastisk blomsterprakt. Där finns bla 300 olika sorters pioner. Värdparet var mycket välkomnande och verkligen experter på samtalskonst ”á la francaise” under tex frukost och aperitif. De var också mycket bra med barnen. I närheten finns flera berömda slott som Blois och Chaumont och...

“Ein ehemaliges Jagdhaus wurde vor kurzem zu 4 ganz tollen Wohnungen ausgebaut. Ich habe schon mehrere sehr nette Gastgeber kennengelernt, aber noch nie jemanden, der mit so viel Freude und echter guter Laune diesen Job ausfüllt! Offensichtlich hat er sich seinen Traum erfüllt und kann es kaum glauben, wie schön alles geworden ist! Zum Frühstück gibt es Baguette, Schinken o.ä. vom lokalen Fleischer, mehrere leckere Käsesorten, selbstgemachte Marmelade und oft noch einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen....

“In n We had a wonderful one-night stay here while traveling to Spain. The apartment is located in a charming small village, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the evening. The house itself is beautiful, and we highly recommend it!”

“Nous avons été comblés: le site, la piscine, la proximité de Chambord, l'accueil surtout!! Notre appartement était très soigné mais malheureusement un peu étroit pour 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Mais nous recommandons l'endroit et bravo à André et Nicole. ”

“Marcela & Maurice were wonderful hosts. They made our children (age 9 & 6) feel very welcome. They fostered a warm spirit with all the other guests staying at the guest house & the location is great for seeing some of the spots in the Loire Valley. Thank you!”

Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une bonne literie et avec une belle salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. “A most charming facility tucked away in a tiny village close to Chateau Chambord. André and Nicole are wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were a perfect start for the days of exploring the other chateaux in the area. We highly recommend it. ”
