I found this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked to cancel the reservation so we could go elsewhere, but the manager told us that a refund was not possible. As a compromise, he agreed not to charge for the baby and waived breakfast charges for our toddler. Left with no alternative, we stayed for one night.
