Looks like a laundry service is run out of this property. Double bed is upstairs, which is uninhabitable now due to the summer heat and no A/C. Couch downstairs is stained and looks gross. Leather chair is literally falling apart. A few inexpensive upgrades to furniture would go a long way to improving the guest...
