“Over all we had a good relaxing weekend. First day we hiked the Indian Rock House trail it was a good trail maybe moderate skill. Second day we rented a kayak and did the float trip on the Buffalo river. Both activities were drivable from our tiny house. The tiny house had all we needed for our stay; bathroom, kitchen and a place to sleep.”

“This property has a lot of charm. It’s older and needs a facelift. The empty former office building needs freshened up. The setting is pretty, but things need freshened up. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels with a real coffee maker and mugs. The only thing was inadequate hot water. It was our second stay here”

“Overwhelmed by a terrible odor and was unable to open bedroom windows. Looks and smells like fresh paint, new flooring, new fixtures and appliances were installed in a house that had heavy cigarette smoke odor. We found a COCKROACH near the kitchen sink. The bed and bathroom linens were clean. Appliances appeared brand new. The neighbors were quiet. I was able to open some windows but not the ones in the bedroom. The bedsheets were hot polyester material. ”
