âStaff at check-in caused us to wait for about 30 minutes. As he was trying to help people check in, he was also answering the phones and helping people there, too. Very unprofessional to be waiting on someone, then ask them to wait while you sort something else out for 5-10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of us, and he did this at least 3 or 4 times. Frustrating.â

âStayed here for two nights while passing through town and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy.
The room was quiet, the shower had decent water pressure, and the place felt safe and well-maintained. For the price, it's hard to complain. It's the kind of motel that focuses on giving you a clean place to sleep rather than trying to impress you with...

âPrice can vary a lot. I hit Montreal on the last day of Formula 1 so it was very expensive.
However with the price you pay for, the cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and bits along the edge of the mattress.
Mattress was fairly thin.
Staffs were helpful and you can tell the cleaning staffs were really trying to keep up the cleanliness of the sharing space. It was just too many people.
Showers were too small.
Some of things like bathroom door were broken over the time I stayed...

âPlace was clean and the room was nice. I thought I had upgraded the room when I reserved but they said I didnât. They then put me in a 75 degree room with no A/C. I complained and they said just give it time, but it never got below 75. The next day they switched me to the room that I had originally reserved. Other than the A/C problem and the room misunderstanding, the place was nice and the staff were helpful.â

âReception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they donât let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
