“This is a fantastic property in Grand Case. It is right on the beach. So much so that the back door to the building opens onto the beach. In fact, the balcony hangs out over the beach and people walking by! Also the location is quite convenient. There are restaurants and shops all along the street and everything is within walking distance.The apartment itself is well appointed and the 2 bedrooms are comfortable. The AC really works well. “Stayed with a group of 4 for a girls trip and it was the perfect stay. The unit was more than enough space to accommodate us and had everything we needed from beach towels to laundry detergent to bug spray to beach chairs. The views were stunning, the community is quiet, welcoming, and felt very safe. We are absolutely planning to come back to stay here again”

“Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Need to be a bit strong to get heavy suitcases up the narrow stairs but it was reasonably straightforward. The shower was a bit of a challenge to regulate at first but got easier the longer we were there. AC works great. Fairly quiet at night, rare ambulance. Well supplied. Easy check in. Unique lock location! For up to four people I don’t think we could’ve been closer to Times Square and theaters. Metro very close. Would easily stay there again”

“Great location great accommodation clean host is nice reception people are nice and everyone working there always saying hi. Pool garden is taken care of very well and the building as well. View from the room is priceless the accommodation had everything you need from utensils and we weren't short on anything. Would book again.”

“The view was great. The free Breakfast from Rainbow Cafe was good, but you have to eat the same thing everyday. There is no parking as stated, and you have to fight for a parking spot on the street. The Wi-Fi was weak, and there were ants crawling in the kitchen and guest bathroom :(. You also have to bring your own shampoo and wash cloth. All was provided was hand soap and body lotion. My wife and I are in our 60s and I have osteoarthritis in both knees. This was a challenge.
