“The place was nice and the location was perfect, but you can forget any communication with the host. No way to contact anyone. No number provided. Messaging the host through Expedia yielded nothing. No response. There was no toilet paper, no pillow cases, no wash cloths, and only 2 towels in the whole place, and no way to ask for more. The stupid "checkmyguest" link was really horrible, again providing no way to contact a human being. I would stay in the building again, but hope to never have...

“The room clean, just as described. Has a problem with the shower which the Mgr Lisa tried to fix, but wasn’t successful. I wasn’t there long enough to see it get resolved. I was just there overnight. Super close to the airport. Lisa was very helpful though, the problem needed a better fix”

“Property had not been cleaned in some time. Looks like it "sat around" empty for several weeks empty. Floor definitely was not clean. General property was run down. Toilet did not flush very well taking 3 X's to clear any/all material. Host did not respond to our emails seeking information in a timely manner. We were given no phone number or name of host, only the owner, who, after much effort in reaching him/her, gave the manager's number to contact. Manager held us to exactly 4 PM check...
