Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. As we are active travelers we spent much time exploring the island and scuba diving , then would come back to our room to cool off in the pool and relax with the million dollar view! “This a wonderful gem, tucked away in the mountains with wonderful views down to the ocean. The infinity pools have been thoughtfully located to take advantage of the scenery of the valley flowing to the sea. The location is wonderfully quiet and tranquil. There are some nice trails connected to the hotel as well. But the best part is the staff, who really welcome you and take care of you. I can't say enough about that, which includes the excellent food. Highly recommended.”

“Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..”
