“Courteous staff, friendly bar tender in the courtyard. Rooms are comfortable and the location is a good base to be close to the airport and also explore the island. Parking was easy and the hotel has a secure, gated lot. Location is walkable to nice restaurants and shops.”

My only advice would be open to changing your plans based on how many cruiselines are in port or rent a vehicle as taxis maybe difficult to get as on the days with 3-4 ships they prefer to make many trips with a full car from the port to activities to make their $$...cant...
