“My stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping for the entire stay — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no basic room upkeep. It felt like the resort had completely abandoned even the minimum standard of guest care. The situation was made worse by the unwelcoming, uninterested, and unprofessional staff. At every point of contact, it was clear that guest service was not a priority.I strongly do not recommend...
