“Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. It was very convenient to have a kitchen. The facilities...

“I would not recommend this host or appartment to anybody!
The adress stated on Hotels.com is not at all where the appartment is actually located. We booked it as it seemed close to the city centre and beaches but it turned out the actual place was more than 5 km away.
On top of that the appartment was not cleaned when we got there. Trash, spill on the floors, dirty dishes and a scent of Indian restaurant in the whole appartment, just to mention some examples. We had to spent a good 1h to...

“Overall a good apartment for a short stay. I would recommend the manager to clean the patio better than it was, as well as to have a better inventory of kitchen utensils. Unfortunately, the apartment inventory description does not fit the content in the drawers and cabinets. Also, making the building area completely smoke-free would also be a great addition to families traveling with small children.
The initial description of the apartment suggested that parking would be available, which in the...
