“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

“Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”

“まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。 今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。 ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。 夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。 また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。 キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。 また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。”

“The home was close to everything and it was clean and roomy for everyone (2adults and 3 kids).. We went to Skytree tower and hung out there a few times, and Kinshicho station had all of what we needed, a very big station! “The property is so clean and easily accessible by subway and we also used UbersIt is nice to have 3 separate shower rooms and 3 toilet closets so groups can get ready quickly. Coming to Tokyo for the first time I wasn't sure where to stay- I would maybe stay closer to more of the tourist attractions but the value was unmatched and we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed by subway. And The AC units are all amazing and we slept really well. Thank you! ”

"Location is great - very close to the metro line that we used the most. The room was fine with a city and tower view, huge window, relatively spacious bathroom, pyjamas, coffee table and a desk, small fridge, air conditioning etc. Downward was the smell of an old apartment in our room. The last day we also got a not fully clean towel with something stuck in it (probably, it didn’t get off during washing). Some supplementaries are offered for free by reception (tea bags, razors, hair brush etc.) which is good in terms of sustainability. The biggest disappointment was the service at check-in - we arrived before the check-in time and were only suggested to store the luggage at the luggage room and wait in the lobby, so not even a payable option of early check-in. We had literally to sleep in the lobby after 14 hours flight. "
