Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the panorama, the garden draws the eye towards the water, and the infinity pool appears to merge seamlessly with the horizon. Natural materials, harmonious proportions and a colour palette inspired by the shades of the lake make every space elegant, welcoming and timeless.



Staying at Villa Aurea means experiencing the lake from a privileged perspective: waking up to sunlight reflecting on the water, spending long afternoons by the pool and watching the sun set behind the mountains. The villa enjoys uninterrupted views over the bay of Sala Comacina and Comacina Island, in a peaceful setting within easy reach of Bellagio, Tremezzo and the lake’s main attractions.



With more than 400 square metres arranged over three levels, the property can accommodate up to ten guests. The living room, centred around an elegant double-sided fireplace, opens fully onto the panoramic views, while the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area provide the perfect setting for sharing special moments. The villa also features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private gym, a sauna and a laundry room.



Outside, the panoramic garden, outdoor dining area and striking infinity pool appear to blend into the waters of the lake, offering views of exceptional beauty.

THINGS TO KNOW

The private covered parking area can accommodate up to three cars and to access the property once parked it is necessary to go up a few steps

Every year, at the end of June, the lake shores overlooking Comacina Island are crowded with hundreds of visitors eager to watch the fireworks display celebrating the Sagra di San Giovanni. Guests who book during this time of year will enjoy a prime viewing spot.

For payments above 1500 euros, you will be asked to make a bank transfer, which will be the only accepted payment method.

If you plan to use the heated pool, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 5–6 days in advance so that we can heat it properly. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the pool will already be heated for your stay.
