“Very clean, good breakfast. Having trouble with elevator. Can use it, but encouraged to use stairs. Are trying to fix. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Everyone was very polite.”

“Room was nice and big beds- facilities looked a bit dull and in need of renovation. There was a no-pet policy, however, there was a dog barking for hours close to our room. The tv in the room was extremely tiny but did its job. No major complaints, my family and I slept good and there are breakfast restaurants close by. Good location”

“The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. ”

“Don’t usually do reviews. I decided to this time because the guy at the service desk went above and beyond helping me with the TV. Had an issue with it and he rectified it and was very cordial and nice about it. He was the epitome of a good service rep.”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned ”

“I liked how the pool was inside and open until 10 and how amazing the staff was! The breakfast was amazing and the parking was super easy! The rooms are super clean and very very nice! I recommend!!!”

“The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again.”
