“Southern hospitality at its best! From the snack basket (which was quickly eaten) to the clean and comfortable beds, the entire experience was focused with guests’ comfort in mind. Highly recommend this peaceful place in the rolling hills of Dayton. No water when we were there, but would imagine it would be great fishing off the dock.”

“The location on Signal Mountain was amazing! We loved being able to quickly and easily get into downtown Chattanooga. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing with turkeys roaming the woods while I enjoyed my coffee on the porch. Definitely make sure you follow the instructions on the driveway and know that if you drive a large vehicle, go ahead and plan on having to back out of the driveway. ”
