“This was the best place to celebrate my family member’s 60th! Being right on the water was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the beachy air and the outdoor setting. Inside was clean and adorable. The bunk beds were much larger than appears in the picture. If you want a little getaway to enjoy the salty air, I highly recommend! The owner was very timely in getting back regarding any questions I had and was friendly. ”

“Cottage was just as good as it looked in the photos. Very clean and pleasant, tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for a month's stay was provided including plenty of linens/towels, roomy washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Easy access to the lake where we enjoyed swimming and canoeing. A short distance to the Nathan Hale Homestead Museum made for an excellent destination for daily walks that included some stops at the "Bread Shed" on the way to get some delicious breads...

“My husband and I stayed there with my 85 year old dad and our dogs. My adult children, spouses and and 8 year old came for the daytime. This place was PERFECT. there is something for everyone. It can be as quiet and serene a property as you wish or you can enjoy the water and fishing /paddling. Quiet as there are no motor boats on the water and the sound of the nearby waterfall is in the background. The house was clean and very well appointed. Had everything you would need. Grocery is 2 miles...

“I picked this rental because I recognized it as soon as I saw it! I grew up 5 houses from here. The rental was immaculate, the beach beautiful….home. Owners were very nice and helpful. They say you can’t go home again but I got pretty close! Fantastic spot. I’ll be back!”

“A lovely little cottage close to all that is good in Mystic, CT. Easy trips over to the Aquarium, walking distance to downtown and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Cute backyard and patio for some outdoor entertaining if your heart desires it. Overall a wonderful stay - will be back!”

“We had the absolute best time! The property is right on the beach and you just can’t beat the view from your porch. Our toddlers loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day and it had all the amenities we could have asked for, even double ply toilet paper! Ely was a wonderful host and we’re looking forward to staying again in the future! ”
