“This is a beautiful, beautiful home on a magnificent piece of property. Michael and Beverly are the perfect hosts. Communication is fabulous. We had two groups of visitors during our ten day stay and everyone loved this home as much as we did. We all were enchanted by the beauty of Lake Jocassee and will definitely return.”

“The inside of the property was nice . Kitchen was fully functional. The outside of the property you couldn’t access due to risk of snakes. The grass was knee high , there were random dogs “big dogs “ from other properties that had to be recalled that roamed onto the property that potentially was a threat or risk of attack to my son and myself . This is an extremely remote location with no way to close the home from outside view except from curtains in the 2 rooms . I’ve stayed at a lot of remote...

“We had a great stay and all agreed it was an incredible week (ages 1-69.) The house was clean and well maintained, the amenities were terrific, very easy check in and check out, and we had great communication with the host. The lake view is beautiful and it is an easy walk down to the dock. One child said the place was better than Disney World.”

“Overall amazing experience! Right in the heart of downtown Pickens and gorgeous house!”

“The house was just what we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I want to shout out the host for how well everything was labeled. It was easy to find what we needed. We had the utensils and pans we needed for the cooking we did. Having spices and butter available was a nice convenience.”

“Fantastic location and really nicely done home. It was a perfect touch having a desk in one of the rooms to be able to get work done.”
