Newly renovated and finely furnished apartment, on the fourth floor of a period building, which has also recently been renovated. The apartment consists of a large living area complete with double sofa bed with 22 cm mattress, linear kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, column oven and microwave and extendable stoneware table; it enjoys two large windows with a direct view of a garden, the sea and the maritime station of Salerno, an architectural work by Zaha Hadid. The double bedroom is complete with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and two windows; the bathroom, also with a window, has a large shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. In the storage area, the latest generation sink, shoe rack and washer-dryer are available. The apartment is accessed from a door on the road; the fourth floor can be reached by lift (usable with code) and a flight of stairs; the entrance door is equipped with an access code which will be provided at check-in.
The apartment is located in the ancient center of Salerno and precisely in a quiet square located next to the Giuseppe Verdi municipal theater and the municipal villa. One hundred meters away are Piazza della Libertà, the Lungomare, the tourist port with the maritime station and the Municipality of Salerno. A few steps away are the ancient Via dei Mercanti, the cathedral and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the commercial heart of the city. The train station and the other tourist port of the city of Salerno are a quarter of an hour away on foot, along Corso Garibaldi with its extension of Via Roma or the Lungomare or the pedestrian Via dei Mercanti. In the immediate vicinity there are food shops, household items, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and two churches; Shopping areas are in the immediate vicinity. The "Marina d'Arechi", one of the largest tourist ports in the Mediterranean with over 1,000 berths and a charter departure base, is 15 minutes away by car.
