“We were 5-6 adults aged 32-79 coming into Ann Arbor for a university event. The house was perfect for us and the description is clear and accurate. Super clean and comfortable, all our needs were amply met. Location is really convenient and walkable to all (the university, Zingermans, downtown, the Huron River walk and kayaking). “Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. “Perfect location in downtown AnnArbor. You could walk to everything ! The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The ONLY negative were the baseboards in the one bathroom, they really need to be replaced. I would highly recommend The Mitten House. I would definitely return.”
