“Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other...

“The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations.
