“We are more accustomed to VRBO condos and homes in South Carolina so at first....and we arrived vey late at night after a four hour airport delay...we were taken back by the multi-level and multi-areas in the house but after just one day we were all saying "wow-what a great place this is to stay". "Stay at Niles Beach" is New England charming ,completely and well decorated as if the owners lived there, very clean, stocked with everything you need and the owners were very helpful and so pleasant...

“The house was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were able to cook a little Thanksgiving dinner. The views in the front and back of the house were amazing. We also enjoyed the sunroom in the front of the house and the proximity to beaches and walking trails.”

“What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

“There were a few issues with the apartment regarding cleanliness, but the property manager was great and said he’d address it for future guests. Hopefully that’s the case. Unfortunately, the issues were not something that could be addressed easily during my 1-night stay, so I had to deal with it. I did try to find availability elsewhere for the night but could not find a local vacancy.”

“What a house! We loved our stay in this 1686 historic home. It is well maintained, clean, close to beaches and walking distance to downtown. The house has amazing antique furniture that adds to the charming feel of the home and can only be appreciated by up close inspection. Every room is warmly decorated with beautiful period pieces. It was perfect for us as we had three adults and three children ranging in ages from 3-15 years old. ”
