“We have stayed in this condo building before. Very quiet. The condo had everything we needed. My only problem was the bed was up against the wall and as you get older climbing over people to get out of the bed is not ideal. It also makes it difficult to make the bed every day. Other than that highly recommend.”

“We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. ”

“Fantastic property with great hosts. Paul greeted me upon arrival with a quick briefing on the property, the amenities available (swimming pond, trails, bbq etc) and then promptly left me alone. The suite has a separate entrance and was very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“We loved the location and proximity to Uvic. The home and backyard were beautifully manicured and clean. The walkway was nice and wide. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to get into the city and back with a car. I would recommend setting out a brand new sponge to wash dishes with and to upgrade some the hand towels. Overall, it met our needs and we would stay here again. ”
