“From Aurumn at the front desk assisting prior to our arrival to Ashley who exchanged our microwave for a working one at 1 AM!! to Riley who serviced our room, the attention to customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the spacious rooms & the shower was the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. My only critique is a lack of protein on the breakfast bar. I'm diabetic & unfortunately there were only high carbohydrate / sugary options available, so we skipped the complementary breakfast....

“When we checked in the customer service asked excessive unnecessary personal questions of my guest and myself. Never had such foolishness before in my life of traveling. Our phone services were out the window and could only make calls if their Wi-Fi allowed us to do so. Horrible experience for the weekend. The elevator went out and we had to take the stairs. The washcloths were soiled and we had to ask for more. We had to get the desk clerk to turn the television because the remote did not...
