It has a great location, right on the sand, in Itacimirim, in the Quinta das Lagoas Praia Condominium, with a seafront pool.

We take care of the apartment with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1,000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, curtain and closet;

Suite 2: 1 king bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and balcony;

Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtain and closet.

NOTE: We have 1 office room on the terrace, with bathroom included.
