This charming apartment offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a pleasant stay. Equipped with a comfortable double bed, refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave, you'll have everything at hand to prepare your meals. Enjoy the pleasant climate with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, while relaxing in the living room, equipped with a 44'' smart TV and a double sofa bed. The bedroom also offers a 32'' smart TV for your entertainment.

For meals, a dining table with 4 chairs provides a cozy space. Additionally, the apartment features essential kitchen items such as an electric coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Other amenities include a vacuum cleaner, oven, iron, hairdryer, and a water purifier for your convenience.

This condominium offers a complete leisure area, including an adult pool with lane, wet deck, and infinity edge, as well as a children's pool for the little ones. Private beach access allows for relaxing moments by the seaside. On the rooftop, enjoy breathtaking sunset views while relaxing at tables and chairs that can be used depending on availability.

For your comfort, the condominium provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Amenities include a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art equipment, gourmet space for delicious meals, shared laundry facilities, meeting room, game room, and coworking space.

The pool, gym, co-working, and rooftop for common use are freely accessible during the stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides laundry facilities (also for common use) and a party room that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the usage fees charged by the condominium.

The pool usually closes on Mondays for treatment, but it can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.

Our apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood, in a privileged location for those who wish to enjoy relaxing days in Salvador. With easy access to the waterfront, you can go jogging, walking, or biking along the beach. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and the Barra Lighthouse, which offer magnificent views of the neighborhood and the ocean.
