During Carnival, the property stands out for its proximity to the parade route, making it easy to attend events without long commutes.

The apartment offers a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, and a set of cookware, ensuring convenience for meal preparation. For added comfort during the stay, there is also a floor drying rack for clothes, an electric iron, and an ironing board.

The bathroom features an exhaust fan, electric shower, hygienic shower, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 44" smart TV, and blackout curtains for a restful stay. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant space to relax.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.

1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
