“Sehr schöne und gepflegte Villa mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Bei kühlerem Wetter hat uns ein Wohnzimmer gefehlt, die Küche als einzige Sitzgelegenheit war mit 8 Personen etwas eng, v.a. mit 4 Kindern fehlte uns drinnen etwas Platz zum Spielen, da auch die Schlafzimmer eher klein waren. Bei schönem Wetter ist das alles kein Problem”

“Nous avons séjourner 1 semaine dans la superbe maison de Maurizio. Depuis la grande terrasse, on peut y voir la mer qui n'est qu'à 10mn a pied. Les autres belles plages ne sont qu'5-10mn en voiture. La maison au milieu d'un grand terrain est très bien équipée. La douche extérieure est très agréable. Il y a également un coin barbecue. Ce fut un séjour reposant avec tout le confort. “Wir sind als Familie mit unseren beiden Hund gereist und durften ca. 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen und sauberen Haus verbringen. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 25 Minuten von Gallipoli entfernt. Dort kann man ohne Ende Shoppen und hat endlose viele Restaurants. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt hat man ein wunderschönes Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Eigentümer war überaus Gastfreundlich. Das Haus hat unsere Vorstellung übertroffen und wir würden ohne zögern wieder in diesem Haus unsere Ferien...

We missed the oven and microwave and we had assumed those items are standard and did not check properly before booking. Also there is no TV and no separate living room. “Eigentlich ein schönes Objekt wenn dies etwas mehr Pflege erhalten hätte. Wir hatten an 3 Tagen öfter kein Wasser, der Hausmeister war bemüht dies immer wieder zu „reparieren“, bis er endlich die Reparatur der Pumpe durch einen Fachmann angestoßen hat. Mit einem Kleinkind allerdings nicht wirklich angenehm. Die Monteure haben dann ein Teil der Reparatur einfach hinter die Mauer geworfen, ist auf dem Objekt so üblich. Verpackungen von Leuchten und sonstiger Schrott sind auch neben dem Grundstück...
