A community boardwalk makes the short walk to the beach an easy reach. An even shorter stroll to water is the home’s 14’x30’ private pool with tanning ledge. Indulge in the warmth of the six-person hot tub, take a refreshing rinse-off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill for a feast, and let the day slip away without a care. Inside on the ground level discover a well-appointed game room, where you can enjoy a challenging game of billiards, engage in a friendly match of shuffleboard, or simply unwind in the comfortable television area equipped with a Smart TV and plush seating. A thoughtfully placed wet bar refrigerator ensures that beverages remain chilled. Just outside of the game room is a king bedroom and full bathroom.

Four more bedrooms are located on the first level including two king master bedrooms with ensuite baths; and a king bedroom and pyramid bunk room that share a full hallway bath. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs. The final bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath is located on the third level, offering easy access to the great room. Here, modern coastal charm highlights an interconnected space that adeptly draws families together. The family chef will fall in love with the spacious kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, including two dishwashers, along with a wide breakfast counter with four stools. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
