The kids loved every moment – from the fun daily activities to the amazing water park, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with different areas for relaxation, swimming, and play. There was always something to do, yet it still felt relaxing. Whether you’re looking to unwind or keep the kids entertained from morning to night, this hotel strikes the perfect balance."

"We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldn’t stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina."

"Stort och fint hotell med flera restauranger att välja på. Barnklubben var riktigt usel dock med personal som såg ut att längta därifrån. Barn kutade runt och lekte våldsamt medan personalen mest satt och tittade i sina telefoner. Hade aldrig lämnat mitt barn själv med ”ledarna” Samma personal hade minidisco varje kväll vilket var plågsamt dåligt med noll inspiration från deras sida. De gjorde inga större försök att få med barnen eller engagera sig. Samma danser och låtar varje kväll.. jag förstår att dem var uttråkade. "
