“I stayed at this property and had to leave a few days to a different one because there were several issues with the house. The place looses water every night around 10pm and the owner said that there was a water pump but it never worked. In addition everyone should know ahead of time that this house has its kitchen and eating area outside and in a country full of mosquito is not ideal. There are gekos outside and also inside which was not ideal there were huge roaches outside by the kitchen area...

“If you’re planning a vacation with your fam I would like to recommend Las veraneras resort but be aware that their Hotel most be amazing but is totally different if you booked online for a “rancho” communication with this type of agencies is terrible also they better improve with the cleanliness. “Had a great time . Maria was helpful and maintain the pool clean everyday.”

“The house and location is great. I felt comfortable and secure and liked the beach access. On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. I don’t appreciate that when I’m being kind to them, talking their language, and paying for their good service. Although the area is safe, I would appreciate it if we could lock the doors when we left to go out. ”
