This was a very decent property once, hence the traditionally high ratings. The rooms are large and the neighborhood decent.
There seems to be no avoidable maintenance made at this building ever. In two of the three rooms we rented, the lights didn't work, on one the door handle came right off, and my microwave stopped working. The ceiling lights have been removed but the opens shells are still there.
The shower is uncontrollably hot before 6am and steady cold after 9am.
All dealings with the management are through a small crack armored glass window that make communication virtually impossible. The vending machines are still labeled but have long been removed.
But by far the worst are the guests staying there - every night they shouted and screamed on the walkways in front of the property. Every night and all night long. And with management holed up in their mini-fortress no one could address the issue.
Despite the good price, the large rooms, and the decent location, I would not stay there anymore.
