En landskänsla mitt i Boerne

Fantastisk ny fastighet belägen mitt i Boerne. Mycket avskilt och omgiven av enorma ekar. Lätt promenad till Main Street (6 kvarter). The Old Depot Walking Trail är ett halvt kvarter bort. Ta leden österut till Cibolo Creek eller västerut till Bumdoodlers Pies! Depotstugan byggdes nyligen i december 2016 av Hill Country kalksten. Det är modellerat efter Old Nature Center Historic Building på Main Street. Depot Cottage ligger på en gata som tidigare kallades Depot Street och höll Boerne Depot Station. Den har en king size-säng och två rullgångar som rymmer vuxna eller barn. Det är vackert dekorerat med antika möbler och har alla moderna bekvämligheter (WIFI ingår). De tre tunnlandfastigheterna är grindade och det finns ett litet inhägnad gräsområde för att skydda husdjur. Du ser whitetail och axelhjort på de angränsande egenskaperna. Njut av all bekvämligheten i centrala Boerne medan du känner att du är avskild i Texas Hill Country.

Fabulous Cottage- We will be back!

Such a lovely cottage with a beautiful view. My husband and I sat outside in the evenings to see deer grazing, which was so relaxing. The cottage itself has every amenity needed for a stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the entire cottage was clean. There is a small, fenced area for a dog in the front of the cottage that is enough room to run off energy. The weekend we booked was rainy, but with the covered patio and chairs, we were still able to sit outside under the covered porch without getting wet. So relaxing and we will definitely be back. Oh, I almost forgot, it is close to a walking nature path and is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants maybe about 10 min walk away.

Gem in Boerne, Texas

The Depot Cottage is truly a GEM in Boerne, Texas. Location and amenities are nothing short of excellent. It's a peaceful setting with lots of wildlife surrounding you - deer. We loved the neighborhood. We took the trail-way for a quick morning walk. The Depot Cottage is equipped with very, very nice and beautiful furniture and every convenience item that you need. The Depot Cottage interior looks like it was professionally decorated - quality throughout! We loved our stay and will hopefully stay again. Thank you, Terry. Our stay was top notch!!

Host was polite and accommodated 1 request. We were able to walk to the downtown area and meander. It was also close to the event,Cave without a Name, we were visiting. The cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities.

Beautiful peaceful retreat

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Depot Cottage while attending a family reunion. It was perfect for our 2 dogs too with a huge fenced field for them to run and a smaller fenced area right off the front porch. The cottage was beautifully outfitted with everything we needed. There were lots of deer to watch and beautiful trees making for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a busy family weekend. Highly recommend.

It was lovely, cute, little place. I liked that it was a gated property. Quiet neighborhood. Had the most comfortable pillow! Pretty granite countertops. Had everything you would need in the kitchen, coffee. Nice yard. I would stay there again! Great experience!

Peaceful Beauty

Absolutely perfect. The cottage is exactly what I dream of when I think about a quiet cottage in the woods. So close to Main Street and yet you don’t hear a sound. Nothing. Beautiful & Relaxing Retreat

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy.
