Step inside and you`re welcomed by a bright, open living area where an exposed dark-wood beam crowns the space and a striking fireplace framed in marble-look tile and stacked stone anchors it. Sink into the oversized sectional with a movie on the mounted smart TV, or keep the conversation flowing across the open-concept layout — the living room leads straight into a dining space that seats your whole group under warm pendant lighting, and on into a showstopper kitchen.

And what a kitchen it is. Glossy black herringbone tile climbs the walls behind crisp white shaker cabinetry, while the black stone island gives you bar seating, a deep sink, and generous prep space for taco night or a slow Sunday breakfast. You`ll find a full suite of appliances, a coffee station with both Keurig and drip brewers, a microwave, and a built-in wine rack — everything you need to cook, pour, and linger. A full laundry area with washer, dryer, and tankless hot water sits conveniently off the hallway, perfect for longer stays.

Sleeping up to eight guests, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms. To keep everything above board and ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we`ve got a few quick steps for you to breeze through:

-Verify Yourself: You might be asked to show us your official ID – don’t worry, it’s just to make sure you’re you!
-Must be 25 years or older to rent our home!
-Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed.
-Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality!
-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.

Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.

1. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking

2. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense.

3. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm

4. No parties or events allowed

5. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental (or fireplace). Guests must acknowledge that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

7. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

8. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.

9. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.

10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

12. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.

13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

14. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.

15. Pet Policy: one small dog (15 lbs or under) is allowed, at $65 per pet per night. Pets must be kept in a kennel when left alone in the home.
