“My family of 4 stayed 4 nights at this home. It was very spacious, listed accurately, close to many attractions like Riverwalk, the Alamo, and Tower of the Americas. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. However, the host did not communicate well through the VRBO app. I had to reach out to customer service just to obtain another contact info to finally reach the host. “We got in and the first thing we both said is “this is absolutely adorable”. While it’s small it was so well planned out as a space we wanted to stay more than 1 night. The entry way is down a private path to a little gated backyard with a table. It’s is just picturesque. Literally. I loved having my morning coffee outside. It dies not provide a full kitchen, but had coffee and creamer in the fridge and some water bottles. Which was a lifesaver after a long drive. Everything was very clean....

“The property is super clean, spacious and easy to access and check in. Large kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The location is great in Lavaca, there is a railway close that you can hear, not abnormal in area but good for light sleepers to be aware of as well as it is on a busy street going to highway. The yard is large with opportunities to sit out and grill unfortunately it was not maintained while we were there and could not enjoy. Overall great option in area.”

“They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

“This was a perfect spot for our family to venture out for daily activities and be close to the river walk and fun downtown activities in the evening. The house was so comfy and inviting right down to the cozy blankets on the couch for evening snuggling and TV time. We enjoyed our stay so much!”
