“Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it”

“The apartment itself is nice but if you get there after dark it is very dark &you have to walk up a staircase that is poorly lit. To reach the location to park you have to drive thru a dark alley where there are run down homes that looked like junk yards and people gathering about-almost looked like homeless camps.”

“This was a last minute reservation as the Vrbo property I rented cancelled upon my arrival & we needed a quick 1-night stay to get our situation resolved. The staff was helpful in getting checked in within an hour of reservation. This is more of a Vrbo type rental than a hotels.com traditional hotel room. The house is old, while it seemed moderately clean, the age and disrepair could use some tending to. There was a vent panel falling off a wall. There were several empty beer cans in the front...
