“I’d actually give them 4.7 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The most important thing, that I greatly appreciate, is the staff. I needed assistance 3 times, from 2 different people, and they were both SO nice, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my stay. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had been emptied and filled with water, and I didn’t notice until it was too late and I was already in the shower. “Closed to SeaWorld. Clean, well maintained. Plenty of parking. Large rooms. Strong paint smell on hallways. Noisy AC and temp control didn’t work well. Breakfast was awfull. Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are...
