“Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby”

“Although the facility is older, it is clear that it is taken care of well. The rooms were very clean. The outside pool could use some maintenance to make it feel updated. The indoor pool felt nice. The staff was amazing, every single person was helpful, openly willing to help, and worked hard. You CAN NOT beat the free breakfast and happy hour. My child snacked there and then we didn't have to worry so much if they would like anything when we went out to dinner. Valet was convenient and...

“Property was beautiful, staff was excellent. We booked this property last minute after leaving a previous booking because that property was awful (Hampton Inn) we lost two days of paid reservation there but we did care even after paying extra for what we thought covered incidental. Everything was amazing at Drury and we will be staying there EVERY time we go back to San Antonio.”
