“Overall stay was amazing. Everything was really clean and the room was well kept and spacious and comfortable. Very centrally located to everything we wanted to do with easy access to the Riverwalk. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. Will definitely be back.”

“Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd… ”

“The lobby area was fine and the location is good for easy access to the riverwalk. The lobby and common areas were fine. The breakfast service was limited choices but there was plenty of food stations to accommodate the large crowds. The staff was nice enough I guess, not rude, but not super polite. The room was in need of a deep cleaning. The main surfaces (countertops, furniture, floors) weren't visibly dirty but vents, corners, lampshades etc were dusty/dirty. The TV did not work.
