Luxury Texas House with Pool & Game Room by 6Flags & Seaworld

This beautiful lauxury modern house is located in a quite neighborhood with complete privacy, minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, Sea World, restaurants, family activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course and more. House includes a master suite, pool table, covered patio with sitting area, huge deck with dining area, BBQ grill, private pool, a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and plenty of private parking.

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation!

You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax and a huge deck with dining area and pletny of games. You will have plenty of private parking.

This 2250 Sqf home includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TV's which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials and a drip coffee machine. Plenty of free private parking is available.

I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. Play the pool table. Jump into your private pool. Sitting with your family or friends watching the moon light and not to forget the professional BBQ set, that is waiting only for you. I can assure you will Iove it!

Close to Loop 1604 and I-10. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool is open all year

- On the side of the house there is an occupied mother in-law suite with a completely separated entrance. It is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

Unfortunately, our family trip was cut short because of the disturbances in this home. We thought it was strange that there was no access to the garage but found out the first night that there is a family living in there, arguing late into the night, a baby crying all night. We messaged who we thought was the owner but he said he would talk to the owner about it. The next night was the same thing, so we left the next morning, only staying 2 nights instead of the 3 that we planned. We asked respectfully for a refund for only the 3rd night and the ‘owner’ never responded. We do not recommend staying here:(
