There is something in San Antonio for everyone; therefore, we welcome all to our San Antonio Abode. With a PERFECTLY localized central location to town, everything is within a short drive, whether you're traveling with friends, family, or just spending a romantic week away.




Important:

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

You will be charged a $300 fee if pets are brought onsite without prior approval.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Lock the door each time you leave home. Pull the door towards you and type in the code received at check-in. The door will NOT lock if you don't enter the code.

You MUST receive prior approval for any pets.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Parties and large gatherings are NOT ALLOWED. Violators will be evacuated immediately, and the house codes will be modified. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, elderly, have diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or any other health concerns.

****The guest is responsible for safe hot tub usage and the host will not be held liable****

Also, just an headsup. The hot tub at the back with patio is completely for our guests and the back tenants don't use the hot tub. It is explicitly for the front side guests which could be you.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and hot tub. The outdoor patio is equipped with seating and a gas grill for your usage. If traveling with kids or pets, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

There is a back house behind the fronthouse, who are not permitted to use the hot tub; it is solely for you guys. In addition, a big fence separates the front and back of the house for privacy.

PARKING:
The driveway can be used for parking your vehicles.

SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.

COMMUNITY SPACE
The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy being outside and relax in the hot tub under the stars.

PETS:

Pet fee is $250 and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

If there are any damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Location great beds terrible

The house was as expected and great location for our activities- neighbors were cool. Beds were rock hard- half our party chose to leave early rather than hurt physically from the beds; air mattress provided had a leak unfortunately. Several aspects of the kitchen needed attention from loose fitting dishwasher, faucet and trash drawer. Owner did respond quickly about a cabinet door when we got there. Hopefully he will take time to deal with these issues between clients. The kitchen stuff was annoying but the beds were the deal breaker.

Right next to I10, still nice to enjoy the hot tub

This house is right next to I10 in an ‘interesting’ neighborhood. Overall ok, we came for the hot tub which was lovely (even with car noise in the background). Kitchen supplies are minimal. More towels would have been nice.

Last minute booking

We were traveling out of town due to death in the family, upon booking the house, the host was very responsive to our request. We arrive late at night and was very pleased with the security lights that came on. The neighbors dogs greeted us with barking, but they were quiet after initial greeting. We did not use 2 of the bedrooms, kitchen or hot tub. I did take advantage of the washer and dryer before returning home. I fell in love with the master bathroom shower, very nicely done! The master bed was very firm yet comfortable. This house is nestled up against I-10 so you could hear the roar of the traffic at all times of the day and night. This is not a quiet place, so if you like the hustle and bustle noise of the city this is your place. I would recommend that you put out entering and exiting instructions in the house maybe with some local eateries, shopping and local sites to see. Instructions were all through emails and I don't live on my electronic devices. We exited the home early without completing proper clean up instructions that are expected of us.

Place was dirty

We did not stay place was dirty , curtains in bath room put up with tooth picks, micowave was rusty and horrible smell. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and cabinets being held together with cardboard, owner thought I was being to picky

Great Place

The property was very nice and clean. Everything was well organized and the hosts where very accommodating. They were able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Great place to stay with family and friends. The house was as described and it was close to everything your want to do in the downtown area!
