Terrible Communication

The trash bins were overflowing and at the front door when we arrived and didn't get removed until DAY 9 of out 12 day stay. The communication was terrible and it was a few days in before we were told we were dealing with a Property Manager, not the Property Owner. They consistently did nothing about our issues, day after day when we messaged them. No kettle, soap, TV remote, trash bags, cloths, tea towels, washing up liquid, BBQ Whoever is running this accommodation is NOT experienced and set up to even be on site to help with issues..
