“Beautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700s”

“L'orario massimo di arrivo si limita alle ore 22.30. Con il traffico presente e la distanza del luogo di provenienza si potrebbe essere maggiormente flessibili. La camera da sulla strada ed al mattino è parecchio rumorosa. La colazione consiste in un buono del valore di 4 euro. Il numero di contatto presente in google non è in funzione e la reperibilità scarsa. Nessuno è presente fisicamente per accogliere il cliente. Il parcheggio non è disponibile ma da cercare in zona. Non vi è la possibilità...

“素晴らしくサービスでした。イタリア語話せないのに親切でした。到着が遅くなって食事を悩んでいると、近くのおすすめのレストランを探してくれて、予約してくれ一緒に連れて行ってくれました。初めてのb＆bでしたがこんなにもサービスが良いと思っていませんでした。オーナーの人柄がとてもよく、施設もとても綺麗で景色も良く、夏はプールも入れて最高だと思います。とても素敵な街の素敵なホテルでした！ありがとうございました😊”
