Tuscan Farmhouse with a Pool in Chianti

This beautiful house is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse built in the 15th century, surrounded by olive trees, offering peace and tranquility.
Nearby is the village of Montefiridolfi (a 600-meter gravel road away), where you’ll find a grocery store/mini-market that also offers outdoor aperitifs. In Montefiridolfi, there’s also a very good little restaurant.
From the house, you can take a nice short walk to see the horses in the nearby fields.

The house is located in a strategic spot between Siena and Florence, so you can visit nearby cities and medieval villages, and there are also many wineries, wine tours, and tastings close to the house.


The house has a large lawn with a barbecue area and a nice veranda with a dining table. From the lawn, you can walk to the pool area, which features sun loungers and a gazebo.

The house contains some personal items, such as books, which you are welcome to use, but please treat them with respect!

The entrance is through a nice veranda with large glass windows overlooking the lawn.
The living room has a ceiling fan and a fireplace; a door leads to a small bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and a washing machine.
From the hallway, you have access to the first double bedroom with AC; further down, you enter the master bedroom with AC and windows offering a wonderful view, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
From the main bedroom, there is access to the third, smaller bedroom with AC.
