“Mysig Lodge med fint poolområde vid Torrey Pines golfbana. Tyvärr var servicen inte vad vi förväntade oss. De var dåliga på att informera och vi fick fråga om det mesta. Personalen vid poolen och bell boy var var mycket bra. Personalen i golfreceptionen var direkt otrevliga. I restaurangen fick vi lunchmeny när vi var där för frukost kl 09:30. De tog tillbaka menyerna men kom inte med nya. Vi fick säga till igen att vi gärna ville se frukostmenyn. Golfbanan hade fantastiska vyer men var i dåligt...

“I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was at capacity. This was surprising, as we arrived around 1:30 PM, well before the official check-in time. So it was unclear how the property could already be fully booked.
