DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Island Court Two, a wonderful vacation home located right in the heart of Mission Beach! This recently renovated home boasts luxurious amenities such as stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and mini-split A/C units in each of its 5 bedrooms, all of which feature smart TVs for your entertainment.
You can enter the home on the second and 3rd levels. Level 2 features bedroom 4 with a full over full bunk that sleeps 4 and Bedroom 5 with a twin bed for 1.
The third level is the main living level where you'll find a spacious living area with sofa seating, a full-size kitchen, and a dining table for eight. Step out onto the adjacent front patio and enjoy the California sun with lounge seating and a convenient gas BBQ. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and futon, making it the perfect space for a small family. Each of the hall bathrooms has a shower and there are two more bedrooms on this level; bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds.
And the best part? Follow the stairs to the rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views! Take in the 360-degree views of Mission Beach and Bay from the sun lounges, sectional seating, and dining table.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels, and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.
Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at managementâs discretion.
