The Space:

The full kitchen comes equipped with the essentials for preparing meals at home, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The home includes two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—an ideal setup for families, friends, or small groups traveling together. There is also a paid laundry on the premises which you are more than welcome to use. For those with kids and little ones, there is a highchair and a pack ‘n play cot supplied within the home so you can pack a little lighter and leave more room for the good stuff!

You’ll be a 10-minute walk from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants, and bars along the bustling Newport Avenue and the pier, a stone’s throw from coastal hiking trails, and an easy walk to City Beach just 3 minutes away.

The best way to get around is by car with plenty of street parking surrounding the building or by bus with a stop less than a one minute walk from your door. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber or Lyft with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. When you visit Downtown San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This San Diego icon is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the city area.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment! The home is stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer, an iron, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
