“We spent a long weekend here for UCSD graduation weekend. It's a great location near the bus route to campus, a block to the beach, and right on the main block with restaurants and shops. We didn't hear much noise but were using the AC. The condo was modern, clean and perfect for our needs. Note - there is no dishwasher, washer and dryer. We didn't need that for our 5 day stay. Responsive communication from host. We would love to return!”

“We loved it! The host was exceptionally hospitable and easy to reach when we did have questions (thought they were few because everything was communicated very well up front). The space was as described, if not slightly bigger than the pictures make out. We had three adults, and besides sharing a bathroom, we never felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed staying here! ”

“Very thoughtfully appointed, and the cabinets are well labeled to find what you need quickly. The bed is comfy, but it does lie very low to the ground. The jetted tub is wonderful, and the beach gear helped us get the most out of our stay. It's hard to overstate how convenient the location is. A few steps from the beach, and a couple mins walk to stores, amusements, and a variety of food options.”

“If anything, the pictures do not do justice. The apartment was pristine, safe, and in walking distance of all my favorite spots in Northpark. This clean, modern apartment felt spacious for our family of five. The beds were so comfortable. We had every amenity we could possibly need. We also loved having a safe, secure, locked parking spot for our vehicle. The communication and guide from the host were excellent. Everything about this experience has moved this property into our number one choice...

“The unit is in a great location. I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. If you are traveling with a partner, it might be a little tight space wise for more than a few days. If you’re solo it’s a pretty great option. ”
